Problem Cause Solution
You did not
freeze the
ice gel pad long
enough.
Put the ice gel pad without the
cooling glove in the freezer or
freezing compartment (***) for at
least 2 hours.
It is not
possible to
remove the
epilating head.

Press the release button and pull
the epilating head off the appliance

The cutter unit
