DVD Setup Menu
Password Setup Page
You can change the PARENTAL password (3308
by default).
To change your password

In Password Setup Page, press 4 to select
Password
.

Press á to select Change.
➜ The Password pop-up appears.

Use Numeric Keypad (0-9) on the remote
control to enter your old and new passwords in
the 3 boxes.

Press OK to confirm.
Preference Page
Parental
The rating of DVD discs equipped with the child
lock function is content-based and varies with
different discs. Depending on the particular disc,
you can lock out selected scenes or playback of
the entire disc.
➜ The rating options are shown onscreen in
descending order of suitability for children.
For example, setting a rating at PG will lock out
playback of scenes rated PG-13 onwards.
To set your parental rating

In Preference Page, Press 4 to select
Parental
.

Press á to enter the options:
KID SAFE
G
PG
PG 13
PGR
R
NC 17
ADULT

Press 3 / 4 to select your option.

Press OK to confirm.
➜ The password pop-up appears

Use the Numeric Keypad (0-9) on the
remote control to enter your 4-digit password
(3308 by default)

Default
You can use this function to reset all settings
except for your PARENTAL password.

Use the navigation controls to select Default.

Press á to select RESET.
