PC-link and Online Services
The PC-link and access to Online
entertainment services provide fun and easy
access to your personal digital media files and
online multimedia content. The widely used
Ethernet (LAN) and WiFi open standards are
used for wired and (optional) wireless
connection and ensure interoperability. You
get access to digital photographs, streaming
video and music files on your PC*. With a
broadband connection you can access to
Philips Online Internet Entertainment services
and software upgrades. The intuitive user
interface makes it available at the push of a

Digital Crystal Clear
Digital Crystal Clear is a package of picture
innovations that digitally adjusts and optimizes
picture quality to optimal contrast, color and
sharpness levels. It's like watching vivid cinema-
like images.
Progressive Scan
Progressive Scan doubles the vertical
resolution of the image resulting in a noticeably
sharper picture. Instead of sending a field
comprising the odd lines to the screen first,
followed by the field with the even lines, both
fields are written at one time. A full image is
created instantaneously, using the maximum
resolution. At such a speed, your eye perceives
a sharper picture with no line structure.
3D Combfilter
The 3D comb filter separates brightness and
color signals better in 3D domain to eliminate
cross-color, cross-luminance and dot-crawl
distortion - all of which detract from your
viewing pleasure. The 3D digital comb filter
performs field-by-field comparisons of the
television image to accurately separate the
color from the black-and-white information
and remove both horizontally and vertically
hanging dots, as well as dot crawl. The result is
a razor sharp image.
Active Control + Light Sensor
Active Control is a unique and intelligent way
of optimizing picture quality by measuring and
analyzing the incoming signal to automatically
adjust picture quality settings. Active Control
with Light Sensor uses a sensor to adjust the
picture brightness depending on the room light
conditions.
Virtual Dolby Surround
Virtual Dolby Surround is a processing
technology for enhancing surround sound
effects. It will create the sensation of Dolby
Pro Logic without the necessity of additional
rear speakers. You become totally immersed
in your television experience.
HDTV Monitor
HDTV is the latest and best television signal
available. It produces picture quality more than
twice that of traditional analog broadcasts. In
order to effectively maximize the HDTV signal,
a television must incorporate advanced signal

FM Radio
An FM radio capable of storing 40 preset
stations in built in. On-screen station naming
makes navigation simple, and a handy Clock
Screensaver is also included for use while
listening.
