polarization
For US Customers only
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other).
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully
in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact
a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
hoW to USe appliance
– Insert the main plug into an electrical outlet.
– Remove the lid.
– Place a suitable glass under the spout.
– Push the spout downwards. This will allow the juice to run
directly into the glass. (1)
– Switch the appliance on by firmly pressing the halved
fruit onto the cone. (2)
Do not put excessive pressure on the juicing heads: if the
motor starts getting louder or the speed of the motor
decreases significantly, there is too much pressure being
exerted on the head.
After each three minutes pressing, let the motor cool
down to room temperature.
Do not touch the juice container during operation. Always
hold the lower part of the motor unit when squeezing the
fruit.
– Close the lid, press on top and hold to liquidize the
pulp for a few seconds. You can get more juice with this
function. (3)
Do not liquidize the pulp more than 15 seconds.
cord Storage
You can store excess power cord by winding around the
bottom of the main unit.
cleaning
Unplug the appliance.
Remove the lid, sieve and juice container from the appli-
ance, clean these parts (dishwasher safe). Turn the spout
beyond the stopper for cleaning. (4)
Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth.
Do not immerse in water.
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized
service representative.
