ORU Defender Series- Ford F-150 2WD Front Light Bar
INSTALLATION NOTES:
•
Inspect the contents of the kit and read the entire instructions before proceeding.
• We recommend this installation be performed by a qualified technician.
•
Torque all hardware to factory specifications.
• We recommend using red Loctite on all bolts.
•
When removing wheels, support vehicle with jack stands.
1) Place light bar through factory bumper opening with studs into existing holes on front frame plate
(photo #1).

2) Secure studs with ½" flat washers, lock washers, and nuts. Install 7/16" bolts, flat washers, lock
washers, and nuts (photo #2). Tighten hardware to specification.
