Remove Upper radiator hose from thermostat housing and fill
system with 50/50 antifreeze/distilled water and re-attach hose
to thermostat housing. Clamp and tighten as needed.
VENTS AND HOSE ROUTING:
Using the oval vent’s plenum (bottom) as a template; center the
vent in front of steering column and cut an oval slot 1.00”
wide and 5.80” long, making sure NOT to cut out the two
mounting holes for the vent.
