Vegetable blend
1 cup steamed vegetables
1. Place vegetables into jug.
2. Place the Wizz Stainless Plus into vegetables and
blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
Liquids (for example milk, formula or water)
may be added to thin the mixture down
depending on the age of the child.
