STEP 2: Uninstalling OEM Bumper
• Park on a level surface
• Remove license plate
• Disconnect battery
• Looking at the front of the truck take an
18mm socket remove the four bolts next
to the tow hooks.
• Then take a 13mm socket remove the
two bolts that are for the
side supports. Have someone hold
ing the front bumper while you
take these loose.
• If you have factory front fog lights dis-
connect them.
• Mask the front of the body to avoid
scratches or chips in paint when unin-
stalling/installing the bumpers.
• Now remove the front bumper and set
aside.
• Take a 15mm socket and remove the six
bolts that hold the tow hooks into pos-
tion.
STEP 3: Installing Road Armor
Bumper
• Place the the reinforcment brackets infront
of the frame horns.

(6) 7/16 - 14 X 1.5 Grade 8 Bolts
(8) 1/2 Push on Retainers
(8) 1/2 Flat Washers
(8) 1/2 Lock Washers
(8) 1/2 Hex Nut
(2) Three-Way Nut Plates
(6) 1/2 x 3/4 Bolts
(4) 3/8 Socket Cap Winch Bolts
(4) 7/16 Socket Cap Winch Bolts
