INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PARTS LIST
(2) FRAME MOUTNING BRACKETS
(4) M10 X 60 MM BOLTS
(6) 7/16 X 1 1/4” HEX BOLTS (4) ½’’ USS FLAT WASHERS
(6) 7/16 LOCK NUTS (2) UPPER SUPPORT BRACKETS
(12) 7/16 FLAT WASHERS (2) 5/16’’ X 1’’ HEX CAP SCEWS
(2) ¼’’ X ¾’’ SELF TAPPING SCEWS (2) 5/16’’ NUT PLATES
(2) 5/16’’ USS FLAT WASHERS
INSTALLING FRAME BRACKETS
1. Remove factory tow hooks from front section of vehicle.
2. Once the tow hooks are removed, proceed to install the frame brackets. Using the bolts
that are supplied in the kit attach the frame brackets to the frame . Refer to diagram 1
Hand tighten as to leave room for adjustment
PROCEDURE
INSTALLING UPPER SUPPORT BRACKETS
1. Once hood is opened located on the upper rad support .refer to diagram. In between where the
head lights are mounted is a rectangle hole. With the aid of the handle provided place the nut
plate under this hole nut facing down followed by the upper support bracket then the 5/16’’ USS
washer then the bolt.
INSTALLING THE FRONT BAR
1. Line up the three holes on the lower portion of the bar with the three holes in the frame
brackets (outer edge) attach front bar using the 7/16 x 1-1/4 hex bolts, 7/16 nylon lock nuts and
7/16 flat washers snug tight only. Begin to install the upper support brackets to the bar using the
¼’’ x 3/4 ‘’ self tapping screws to secure the bracket to the grill guard.
1. Align front bar assembly with front of the vehicle and secure all fastens.
