4. Select the Driver/Left side mounting bracket from the list of parts above, with the bolts that held
the tow hook housing to the frame attach the bull bar mounting bracket to the bottom of the frame
rail as the tow hook housing was attached (Fig 5) shows start of brackets attached to frame rail
bottom. Snug but do not tighten hardware.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 for Passenger/Right mounting bracket. Snug but do not tighten hardware.
6. With help, position the bull bar to the Mounting Brackets NOTE: brackets go to the inside of bull
bar, secure using the included (4) 10mm x 35mm Hex Head Bolts, (4) 10mm Lock Washers, (18)
10mm Flat Washers & (4) 10mm Nuts. (as seen in Fig 6) Snug but do not tighten hardware at this
time.
7. Level and adjust the bull bar and tighten all hardware, with the bull bar secured begin to re-install
the plastic insert behind bumper & secure skid shield with the factory fasteners.
8. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives
that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish.
Mild soap may be used also to clean the Product.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Product.
