PROCEDURE:


1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS

CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.

Begin installation by working on Passenger side front of the vehicle.

From underneath truck, locate and remove body mount bolt that run upward through & mounts into

floorboard. Do not remove rubber bushings, Attach and secure Front Mount Bracket to underside of
vehicles front body mount using factory body mount bolt. Snug but do not tighten at this time. Attach
Front Support Bracket using (2) 10mm x 30mm hex head bolt with corresponding washers, (Fig 1)
shows mount bracket & brace bracket attached, Snug but do not tighten at this time.

4. Proceed to install rear mounting brackets locate & remove the rear nut (nut only) of the rear leaf spring

hanger seen in (Fig 2) & (Fig 2A) nut removed, once removed select and slide the rear passenger side
mounting bracket over the leaf spring bracket as seen in (Fig 3) secure it with the factory nut seen in
(Fig 4) Snug but do not tighten at this time.

5. Select the passengers side rear brace bracket slide it up to the inner cross member bracket from the

frame as seen in (Fig 5) secure to the frame and the rear mount bracket with (2) 12mm hex bolt (2)
12mm flat washers (2) 12mm lock washer & (2) 12mm hex nut Snug but do not tighten at this time.

6. Next select the passenger sidebar and carefully position onto Mounting Brackets. Attach Side Bar to

Mounting Brackets using the included (2) 12mm x 50mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 12mm Lock Washers,
and (2) 12mm Flat Washers. Snug but do not tighten at this time.

7. Level and adjust Side Bar, then tighten all hardware at this time.

8. Repeat steps 3-7 for Driver Side.

9. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.


To protect your investment
, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a
protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could
damage the finish.

For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild
soap may be used also to clean the Products.

For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Products.
