1 Driver/Left Side Bar 4 Small/Narrow 10–1.50mm U-Bolts (side panel mounts)
1 Passenger/Right Side Bar 8 8 – 1.25mm x 20mm Hex Head Bolts
1 Front Driver/Left Side Mounting Bracket 8 8mm Lock Washers
1 Rear Driver/Left Side Mounting Bracket 8 8mm ID x 21mm OD x 1.5mm Flat Washers
1 Front Passenger/Right Side Mounting Bracket 4 10 – 1.50mm x 25mm Hex Head Bolts
1 Rear Passenger/Right Side Mounting Bracket 20 10 – 1.50mm Nylock Nut
4 Large/Wide 10–1.50mm U-Bolts (frame mounts) 24 10mm ID x 26mm OD x 3mm Flat Washers
8 Plastic U-Bolt Retainers
PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Determine front and rear driver/left side Mounting Brackets. Locate rear mounting holes on frame and side panel.
3. Hold longer threaded end of a Wide U-Bolt and carefully insert shorter end of U-Bolt into frame through one of the
two factory holes on the frame. Rotate U-Bolt around until the shorter threaded end comes out trough the other
factory hole (Figure 2).
4. While still holding the longer threaded end of U-Bolt, temporarily place one Nylock Nut on the shorter threaded
end of U-Bolt to prevent it from falling into frame.
5. Once you have hand tightened a Nylock Nut on the shorter end, proceed to attach a Plastic Retainer on the
longer threaded end of U-Bolt (Figure 3). Once the Plastic Retainer is fully installed, remove Nylock Nut.
6. Locate Rear Driver/Left Side Mounting Bracket and carefully place it through Wide U-Bolt and onto frame. Secure
Mounting Bracket with (2) 10mm Flat Washers and (2) 10mm Nylock Nuts (Figure 4). Do not tighten at this time
7. Locate (1) Narrow U-Bolt and repeat steps 3-5 to attach it to side panel.
8. Carefully place one driver/left side Support Bracket through Narrow U-Bolt and onto side panel. Secure Support
Bracket with (2) 10mm Flat Washers and (2) 10mm Nylock Nuts (Figure 4). Do not tighten at this time.
9. Attach Support Bracket to Mounting Bracket using the included (1) 10mm x 25mm Hex Head Bolt, (1) 10mm
Nylock Nut, and (2) 10mm Flat Washers (Figure 4). Do not tighten at this time.
10. Repeat steps 2-9 for front driver/left side Mounting Bracket.
11. Position Driver/Left Side Bar onto Mounting Brackets. Attach Side Bar to Mounting Brackets with the included (4)
8mm x 20mm Hex Head Bolts, (4) 8mm Lock Washers, and (4) 8mm Flat Washers.
12. Level and adjust Side Bar, then tighten all hardware at this time.
13. Repeat steps 2-12 for Passenger/Right Side Bar.
14. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
