PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS

CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.

Starting with the driver front mounting brackets location from underside of vehicle remove the factory

tape covering the mounting holes in the rocker panel as seen in (Fig 1) with tape removed slide
the10mm clip nuts into place as seen in (Fig 2) clip nuts may need to be squeezed together slightly to
prevent them from falling into holes.

Select driver side front mounting bracket and attach to the clip nuts with (2) 10mm hex bolts, (2) 10mm

flat washers & (2) 10mm lock washers, with the top of mounting brackets secure begin to secure the
bottoms to the drip rail of the rocker panel with (2) 10mm hex bolts, (4) 10mm flat washers, (2) 10mm
lock washers & (2) 10mm nuts, as seen in (Fig 3).

Snug but do not tighten hardware

Locate the two factory rear mounting holes & remove the factory tape covering the mounting holes in

rear of the rocker panel with tape removed slide the10mm clip nuts into place as seen in (Fig 4) clip
nuts may need to be squeezed together slightly to prevent them from falling into holes.

Select driver side rear mounting bracket (longer than front) and attach to the clip nuts with (2) 10mm

hex bolts, (2) 10mm flat washers & (2) 10mm lock washers, with the top of mounting brackets secure
begin to secure the bottoms to the drip rail of the rocker panel with (2) 10mm hex bolts, (4) 10mm flat
washers, (2) 10mm lock washers & (2) 10mm nuts as seen in (Fig 5).

Snug but do not tighten

6. Carefully position Driver Side Bar onto Mounting Brackets. Attach Side Bar to Mounting Brackets using

the included (4) 10mm hex head bolts, (4) 10mm lock washers, and (4) 10mm flat washers (Fig
6)
.shows front bracket attached to side bar, rear bracket is attached to the sidebar the same Snug but
do not tighten hardware at this time.

7. Level and adjust Side Bar, then tighten all hardware.

8. Repeat steps 2-7 for passenger Side Bar.

9. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.




To protect your investment
, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a
protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could
damage the finish.

For stainless steel
: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild
soap may be used also to clean the Sidebar.

For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Sidebar.
