PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS

CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.

Starting with the driver front mounting brackets location from underside of vehicle remove the factory

tape covering the mounting holes in the rocker panel as seen in (Fig 1) with tape removed slide
the10mm clip nuts into place as seen in (Fig 2) clip nuts may need to be squeezed together slightly to
prevent them from falling into holes.

Select driver side front mounting bracket and attach to the clip nuts with (2) 10mm hex bolts, (2) 10mm

flat washers & (2) 10mm lock washers, with the top of mounting brackets secure begin to secure the
bottoms to the drip rail of the rocker panel with (2) 10mm hex bolts, (4) 10mm flat washers, (2) 10mm
lock washers & (2) 10mm nuts, as seen in (Fig 3).

Snug but do not tighten hardware

Locate the two factory middle mounting holes & remove the factory tape covering the mounting holes in

rear of the rocker panel with tape removed slide the10mm clip nuts into place as seen in (Fig 4) clip
nuts may need to be squeezed together slightly to prevent them from falling into holes.

Select driver side middle mounting bracket and attach to the clip nuts with (2) 10mm hex bolts, (2)

10mm flat washers & (2) 10mm lock washers, with the top of mounting brackets secure begin to secure
the bottoms to the drip rail of the rocker panel with (2) 10mm hex bolts, (4) 10mm flat washers, (2)
10mm lock washers & (2) 10mm nuts as seen in (Fig 5).

Snug but do not tighten hardware

6. Next, from the parts list above partially thread a Plastic Retainer onto the threaded end of the 12mm x

48mm Bolt Plate (Long one),Once you have assembled the Plastic Retainer onto the Bolt Plate, insert
the Bolt Plate into the factory oval hole on the frame rail (Fig 6) shows location. Once the Bolt Plate is
inserted, hold the Bolt end with one hand and tighten the Plastic Retainer with your other hand. NOTE:
Tighten the Plastic Retainer until it reaches the side panel, (Fig 6A). Shows Bolt Plate installed with
plastic retainer.

7. From the parts list above, select the Driver side rear mount bracket. Position the mount bracket onto

the installed Bolt Plate. Secure it with (1) 12mm flat washers, (1) 12mm lock washers and (1) 12mm
Hex Nuts, (Fig 7). Shows mount bracket installed with hardware. Snug but do not tighten hardware.

8. Located on the under side of the bed of the truck (Fig 8) shows location of mounting hole viewing from

the rear forward, place the 12mm x 48mm bolt plate (short) into hole threads down as seen in (Fig 8A)
and secure the driver side rear brace bracket, to the bolt plate with (1) 12mm flat washer (1) 12mm lock
washers & (1) 12mm nut Snug but do not tighten hardware, fasten the rear brace bracket to the rear
mounting bracket with (1)12mm hex bolt, (2)12mm flat washers, (1)12mm lock washers and (1)12mm
Hex Nuts, (Fig 9) shows brace bracket attached. Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time.

9. Carefully position Driver Side Bar onto Mounting Brackets. Attach Side Bar to Mounting Brackets using

the included (6) 10mm hex head bolts, (6) 10mm lock washers, and (6) 10mm flat washers (Fig
10)
.shows front bracket attaching to side bar, middle & rear brackets are attached the same Snug but
do not tighten hardware at this time.

10. Level and adjust Side Bar, then tighten all hardware.

11. Repeat steps 2-10 for passenger Side Bar.

12. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
