After removing the cap
& plunger, put coarse
ground coffee into the
Travel Press.
Bodum recommends
1 tablespoon of coffee
for each 1.25/4 oz of
water.
Pour a little water just
off the boil into the
Travel Press and wait
a few seconds before
filling up to 3 cm/1 inch
from the top.
Stir the brew.
Wait 4 minutes to
ensure full flavour
extraction.
Make sure the spout is
closed. Secure the cap
onto the Travel Press by
moving it in the clock-
wise direction.
Hold the Travel Press
firmly, and carefully
depress the plunger.

Open the spout to add
milk and sugar to your
personal taste. Stir the
coffee.
