7 Troubleshooting
7.1 General errors
Only rolling cabinet with transformer:
If the suggested troubleshooting measures fail repeatedly, please contact your
local Eppendorf partner. You can find the contact addresses on the Internet at
www.eppendorf.com/worldwide.
Symptom/
message Cause Remedy
The centrifuge is
not functioning
properly. • No mains power connection.

Check the rolling cabinet/
centrifuge connecting cable.

Check the mains power
connection.
• The rolling cabinet power
switch is not switched on.

Switch the rolling cabinet
power switch on.
• The overcurrent protective
switch has been triggered.
Resetting the overcurrent
protective switch:
1. Switch off the centrifuge power
switch.
2. Switch off the rolling cabinet
power switch.
3. Wait at least 20 s. Switch the
rolling cabinet back on.
4. Switch the centrifuge back on.
The rolling cabinet with
transformer is operational again.
