4 Controlling the TwinTip-Holder with the control unit
On mounting, dismantling and insertion of the universal capillary holder, the retainer
must be in the "Down" position. Otherwise damage or destruction of the electro-
mechanics may result.
1. Move the micromanipulator completely up.
2. Set the desired angle on the X-head of the micromanipulator.
3. Position the capillaries with the capillary holder,
align lengthwise and screw tight.
4. Set the rear capillary (in the example) to that of the front.
5. Set the sideways position of the front capillary to that of the rear.
6.
Readjustments from 2. – 4.are also possible later.
