Crushing And Collision Hazards
• Personal protection equipment must be worn by all oper-
ating and ground personnel.
• Check work area clearances above, on sides, and bottom
while lifting or lowering the platform.
• During platform operation, keep all body parts inside plat-
form railing.
• Keep non-operating personnel at least 6 ft. (1.8m) away
while operating machine.
