15. Attach coupler to hitch pole at the two remaining
larger holes at the end of the hitch pole. Secure using two
1/2 x 3" bolts and nylock nuts as shown in Fig. 15.
16. Remove bolt from metal strap securing beam to pallet.
17. Remove remaining bolt securing metal strap to pallet.
