Select Best Effort for Traffic Class, and specify the total speed and the limitation for Downlink and Uplink.
Click Apply to save the setting and finish the configuration of Policy 1.

Configure Policy 2 to enable the connection between IPCAM (192.168.12.12) and MIS (192.168.11.11),
and define the Traffic Class as Video. Click Setting button of Firewall Profile to enter the setting.

Click Firewall Rules to configure the firewall setting.
