malfunctioning.
16. DO NOT carry a gun in a ready-to-fire condition unless you are trained and
certified to carry a gun in this condition AND your gun is manufactured to be
carried safely in this condition.
17. DO NOT carry a semi-auto pistol in a cocked (i.e. "cocked and locked")
condition unless it has been manufactured to be carried safely in this condition.
If you carry a semi-auto pistol and carry it cocked (i.e. "cocked and locked") you
should be trained and certified to carry a gun in this condition.

LIMITED WARRANTY
All CQC Carbon Fiber Holsters ® manufactured by BLACKHAWK! ® are warranted
against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of
purchase. BLACKHAWK!
® will replace or refund, at its option, the purchase price
of any holster that is defective within such one year period unless the holster is
damaged due to ordinary wear and tear, misuse of the holster or failure to follow
the instructions and warnings contained herein. BLACKHAWK!
® makes no
warranties, expressed or implied, except as specifically provided herein.
Unless prohibited by specific state or federal law, BLACKHAWK!
® expressly
disclaims the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are specifically excluded. It is the
purchaser’s responsibility to determine whether the CQC Carbon Fiber Holster
®
is suitable or fit for a particular purpose. Liability for incidental or consequential
damages are specifically excluded hereunder. As a purchaser of the CQC Carbon
Fiber Holster
® your sole remedy for any defect is the replacement of the holster
or the refund of the purchase price.
