The spring rate depend of the body weight.

Spring preload
The sag recommandation should be set to 15 – 25% of total fork travel (30 to
50mm). If the sag measurement value is greater than the sag recommendations,
turn the preload knob clockwise with a 14mm wrench. If the preload adjustment is
greater than 20 clics, change the coil spring to a stronger rate
