3.10 Door Interlock Option (if fitted)
If specified at the time of order a door interlock may be fitted that is set to keep the door locked at
chamber temperatures above a specified temperature.
This interlock will turn off the fan and heaters when the door is opened.
WARNING
If this option is fitted the door will be locked when there is no power to the interlock. Do not try to
open the door with the oven switched off or the mains supply disconnected.
An override key will be supplied to enable the door to be unlocked in the event of a power cut.
