1. For 301GAS burner applications in the Commonwealth of Mas-
sachusetts, the burner input may not exceed 999,999 Btuh.
2. Model 301GAS burners for use in the Commonwealth of Mas-
sachusetts must be equipped with Carlin 60200FRN non-recyling
primary controls. These controls will lockout on flame failure.

Replace the following Instruction
manual content:
1. Page 11, Figure 11 — Replace wiring diagram with
diagram given in this supplement.
2. Page 22, Item 16 — Change description to “Pipe
nipple, schedule 40 steel, 1”NPT x 3” long.”
