9. Dip washed items in the rinse tank to remove soap and loosened food soils.
10. Replace the rinse water periodically to keep the water clean.
11. Soak the wares in the sanitizer compartment according to the chemical supplier's instructions
and local health codes.
12. Dry wares thoroughly after sanitization.
