BASE ASSEMBLY (see Figure 1)

1. Remove “Screw I” from base “Stem II”.

2. Insert the lamp frame into base “Stem II”,

align screw holes.

3. Screw in “Screw I” and finger tighten.

CLAMPING UNIT ASSEMBLY

1. Insert the lamp frame into hole in top of clamp assembly.

2. Loosen clamp with lever on bottom of assembly.

3. Position clamping mechanism and tighten firmly using

lever on bottom of assembly.

BULB REPLACEMENT (see Figure 2)

1. Turn off lamp and allow shade and

accessories to cool.

2. Turn the lampshade upward.

3. Remove CENTER screw (using a Phillips

screwdriver) and clip from protective glass cover.

4. Pull out failed bulb and replace with

halogen bulb. (Control Company Cat. No. 3098)

5. Replace protective glass and clip and screw in place.
NOTE: Do not remove screws holding fingertip bar in place.
