Receiving a Request to Join
Another member of your workgroup may request to join one of your phone calls. The request appears within the
current call panel.
Click to join this established call. An outgoing call will be placed. If the
other person accepts the request, you will immediately join the call and be
talking to all the parties.

If you click Add to Call, the other
person will immediately be added to
this call and be talking to all the parties.
In this example, you are on a call with 604 555-
1212 and Rita (who is in your workgroup) is
requesting that you let her join in.
