By selecting the BT Services menu you can access a
range of useful pre-stored numbers and further BT
Calling Features.
These are:
• BT Mango Helpline • Call Wait On
• BT 118500 • Call Wait Off
• Call Divert On • Call Wait Chk
• Call Divert Off • Call Divert Check
BT Mango Helpline
1. Press or , until BT Service is displayed then
select the OK option.
2. Helpline is displayed, press . The BT Mango
Helpline number will be dialled automatically.
BT 118500 (Directory Enquiries)
1. Press or , until BT Service is displayed and
select the OK option.
2. Press or , until BT 118500 is displayed then press
. BT’s Directory Enquiries 118500 will be
automatically dialled.
