TROUBLESHOOTING

WARNING

TURN OFF, UNPLUG HEATER AND LET COOL BEFORE SERVICING.

ONLY A QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSON SHOULD SERVICE AND

REPAIR HEATER.

CAUTION

NEVER USE A WIRE, NEEDLE, OR SIMILAR OBJECT TO CLEAN ODS/
PILOT. THIS CAN DAMAGE ODS/PILOT.

OBSERVED POSSIBLE

PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION

When igniter button is pressed, 1. Igniter electrode positioned 1. Replace igniter
there is no spark at ODS/PILOT incorrectly
2. Igniter electrode broken 2. Replace igniter
3. Igniter electrode not 3. Reconnect igniter cable
