Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The sensor fails to recognise
your breathing pattern.
The device repeats the
message “It seems that you
are not following the tones”
The LCD display does not
appear when the device is
switched on
The sensor is not positioned
correctly
Breathing is too erratic
Breathing is not in time with
the guiding tones
Batteries have been inserted
incorrectly
Batteries need to be replaced
Refer to sections ‘Wearing the Chest
Sensor Belt and Earphones’ and ‘Tutorial’
in this user manual (page 8 & 9)
Breathe normally in a relaxed manner
If not already activated switch on the
guided breathing arrows so that they
appear on the display
Insert batteries observing the correct
polarity
Replace batteries
