2-year Limited Customer Warranty

What this limited warranty covers and for how long:

Orbit Baby, Inc. (“Orbit Baby”) warrants that the product accompanied by this limited warranty is free
from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of
original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty
period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law. Some States do not
allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

What this Limited Warranty does not cover:

This limited warranty does not apply to: (1) defects resulting from repair (except by Orbit Baby or its
authorized service representatives) or alteration of the product, (2) defects resulting from use with covers,
inserts, accessories, tightening devices, or other components not supplied by or expressly approved in
writing by Orbit Baby, and (3) defects resulting from misuse, including any use not in accordance with the
product instructions, abuse, accident, neglect, improper maintenance or handling, or normal wear and
tear.

What Orbit Baby will do:

If you believe the product is defective please return it to Orbit Baby in the manner described below within
the limited warranty period. If Orbit Baby determines a defect is covered by this limited warranty, Orbit
Baby will, at its option, repair or replace the product or components of the product. This limited warranty
extends to repaired and replacement products and components only through the end of the original
limited warranty period.

Limitation of Remedies under Limited Warranty:

Your remedies under this limited warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product or
components of the product. In no event will Orbit Baby or any of its retailers, dealers, distributors or
resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages relating to the product (including any
repaired or replacement product or component) or its use. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not
apply to you.

How State law applies:

This limited warranty gives you specifi c legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from
State to State.

What you must do to get service under this limited warranty:

To make a claim under this limited warranty you must fi rst contact Orbit Baby. You can email support@
orbitbaby.com, write to Orbit Baby, 8445 Central Ave., Newark, CA 94560, or call
1-877-ORB-BABY. You must provide proof of purchase in the form of your original sales receipt in order
to obtain service under this limited warranty.

1. Start with one of the metal Rocker

Tube pieces and insert both tube ends
into the Hub of the Rocker as shown
(Photo A).

2. Press the Rocker Tube into the Hub

until the silver buttons on both sides
have snapped into the plastic holes
(Photo B).

3. Repeat Step 2 with the other Rocker

Tube.

4. CHECK the security of the assembly

by pulling outward on the Rocker
Tube. Place the Rocker on the ground
and apply weight (Photo C). The
Rocker Tubes will fl ex, but not release
from the Hub.

This completes the Rocker assembly.

To remove the tubing for storage, press

the silver buttons while sliding each
Rocker Tube out from the Hub.

1. Follow the instructions of the Orbit

product that you are using with the
Rocker.

2. Align the seat Hub to the SmartHub

of the Rocker. Make sure the area on
both products is clear of debris and any
obstructions (Photo D).

3. After docking, CHECK the security

of the seat by tugging to make sure
the product is securely docked to the
Rocker (Photo E).

Always restrain your child with the
Restraint Harness whenever your child is
in an Orbit seat.

The plastic and metal parts of the Rocker
can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

Do not use abrasive cleansers or chemicals,
including bleach, for cleaning. These
cleansers can attack the materials and
affect the strength of the components.

Care & Maintenance

To temporarily prevent the Rocker from
rocking, use both Anti-Rock Arms on at least
one Rocker Tube:

1. Lift up on the Anti-Rock Arm tab

(Photo F).

2. Rotate the Anti-Rock Arm until it snaps

into place. (Photo G)
