Installation
This section describes procedures to mount the Model 1017-05 in the monitoring
environment and wire it to a controller.
1. Select the mounting site. Consider the following when you select the mounting site.
• Is there enough room to remove the cover and make wiring connections at the
right side of the housing and tubing connections at the bottom of the housing?
• Is there is sufficient room to perform start-up, maintenance, and calibration
procedures?

4. Position the Model 1017-05 on a vertical surface.
5. Insert 3/8 inch screws or bolts through the slots in the two mounting feet to secure the
housing to the mounting surface.
