INSTALLATION FOR BIG TWIN
1- Remove stock air cleaner cover and backplate assembly, retain stock gasket between backplate and throttle body.
NOTE: If stock gasket is torn or damaged, a new gasket should be sourced before continuing the installation process.
2- Install head breather assembly as shown in Picture 1 from left to right. Leave breather bolts loose at this time.
3- To install the adapter plate, first place the stock gasket on followed by adapter plate as shown in Picture 4. Fasten using the three slotted head
screws with pre-applied blue treadlock and tighten to 6 ft-lbs. The orientation of the adapter should be with the counter bored holes facing
outward and hose fittings at the four and eight o’clock positions as shown in Picture 5 on the next page.
