9. Install next 5 ft side rail
 Insert end tab of side rail trough slots in cross pieces
 Tabs fit inside of end tabs from first side rail
 Hold side rail in place and bend the top tab (near op-
posite end from cross pieces) over the reflector ‘V’-lip
to hold side rail in place
 Bend the top tab at the end near the cross pieces over
the reflector ‘V’-lip to secure the side rail in place
 Repeat procedure for the side rail on the opposite side
of the reflector
10. Carefully slide the egg crate Grill into place on the side rails
 Ensure the Grille seats under the interior tabs bent down on the end cross piece
11. To close off the open end, install the end cross piece onto the end tabs of the side rails
12. NOTE: IF THE HEATER IS ONLY 10 FEET LONG, AND THERE IS ONLY ONE 10 FT
GRILLE KIT TO INSTALL:
 Bend the end tabs of the side rails inward 90° to hold the end cross piece in place
 Proceed to step 14
13. IF THE HEATER IS LONGER THAN 10 FT, AND MORE THAN ONE TEN FOOT GRILL
KIT IS TO BE INSTALLED:
 DO NOT bend the end tabs of the side rails just installed
 Continue installation of additional 5 ft sections as per Step 9 above
 Install the final end cross piece onto the end tabs of the final side rails
 Bend the end tabs of the final side rails inward 90° to hold the end cross piece in
place
14. Ensure the grille sections and support framing are square and aligned with the reflector(s)
 Bend all top tabs of the side rails securely in to place over the ‘V’-lip of the reflector(s)
15. Using pliers, bend the interior tabs of end cross pieces
and side rails inward to secure egg crate grille in place
 NOTE: SIDE RAIL TABS
 By inserting the pliers as shown in the picture at
left, squeeze gently but firmly to crimp the tabs
along each of the side rails ‘over’ the structure of
the egg crate

16. To ensure integrity of fit, gently tap (with a
hammer) the side rail end tabs that hold the
end cross pieces in place
