4. OPERATING ADJUSTMENTS
DMX Mode
Allows the unit to be controlled by any universal DMX controller.
1.) Press the <MENU> button until you reach DMX mode, which appears as
A001
on the LED Readout. Use the <ENTER> button then the <UP> and
<DOWN> buttons to choose a channel between
1
and
512
. Press <ENTER>
again to confi rm.
Master/Slave Mode (Auto/Sound Active):
Allows you to link up to 32 units together without a controller.
1.) Use standard DMX cables to daisy chain your units together via the DMX con-
nector on the rear of the units. It may be necessary to use a terminator at the
last fi xture. For more information about terminators, see page 8.
2.) Choose a unit to function as the Master. Select from one of the run modes,
RUN1-RUNF or sound activation. The master unit must be the fi rst unit. Finally,
chain the units together using DMX cable.

then <ENTER> to confi rm.
3.) Select slave function by using the <UP>/<DOWN> keys to reach A001 in
the menu on the slave units, and they will react in the same as the Master.
Slave

<ENTER> to confi rm.
4.) On the master fi xture, use the <UP>/<DOWN>/<MENU> keys to reach
RUN1-F/Soud, which allows you to select the Master/Slave mode.
Sound active
SoUd
then <ENTER> to confi rm.
Auto mode
RUN1-F
then <ENTER> to confi rm.
Pattern Playback Adjustments:
Allows you to adjust the playback characteristics of the automatic programs.
Run1 - Run F
then <ENTER> to confi rm.
Each program is different. Perhaps you should study them in depth and write a
short treatise on the differences. Otherwise, just enjoy them all!
L001-L255
then <ENTER> to confi rm.
Adjusts the number of patterns to display
F001-F255
then <ENTER> to confi rm.
Adjusts the number of frames to display of each animation
P000-P255
then <ENTER> to confi rm.
Animation speed (Slow <--> Fast)
LEon
= LED Control Panel remains on
LoFF
= LED Control Panel shuts off after approximately 30 seconds.
