General Questions
1. I cannot see any of the ‘Calibrated AVC-LongG’ Compression Types when trying to export from my application?
Calibrated AVC-LongG Create plugins may not be properly installed:
On Mac OSX:
For PPro/AME CC/CC204 support, please make sure the ExpCalibratedAVCLongG.prm is in the folder
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore
For PPro/AME CS6 support, please make sure the ExpCalibratedAVCLongG.prm is in the folder
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/6.0/MediaCore
For Compressor 3.5.3/4.1.2 support, please make sure the CalibratedAVCLongGPlugin.plugin is in the
folder
/Library/Application Support/Apple Qmaster directory
On Windows:
For PPro/AME CC/CC204 support, please make sure the ExpCalibratedAVCLongG.prm is in the folder
[System Drive]\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore e
For PPro/AME CS6 support, please make sure the ExpCalibratedAVCLongG.prm is in the folder
[System Drive]\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\6.0\MediaCore
And make sure you have restarted your computer after installing.
