View an entry
You can display a name and number together.
Press DIR . Scroll UP or DOWN to highlight the entry you
want, then press OPTION . Scroll DOWN to SHOW NUMBER
and press OK .
Edit an entry
2. Press DIR . Scroll UP or DOWN to highlight the entry you
want, then press OPTION . Scroll DOWN to EDIT ENTRY
and press OK .
3. Display shows the name and EDIT NAME . Use CLEAR
and the keypad to change the name, then press SAVE .
4. Display shows EDIT NUMBER . Use CLEAR and the keypad
to change the number and press SAVE to confirm.
Delete entries
You can delete individual entries or the entire directory.
1. Press DIR . Scroll UP or DOWN to highlight the entry you
want, then press OPTION . Scroll DOWN to DELETE
ENTRY or DELETE ALL and press OK .
2. Display asks you to confirm. Press DELETE to confirm or
SAVE to cancel.
