Lower the presser foot lever and then tighten
the presser foot screw.

Using the Quilting Foot

The Quilting Foot is useful for darning and
free-motion machine quilting.

Turn off the machine.

Raise the needle and the presser foot.
Levante la aguja y el pie prensatela.

Loosen the presser foot screw to remove the
presser foot holder.

1 Use a coin or screwdriver / Utilice una moneda o
un destornillador.

● Use a coin or screwdriver to tighten the
screw securely. If the screw is loose, the
needle may hit the presser foot and you
may be injured.
● Before you start sewing, make sure you
turn the handwheel toward you
(counterclockwise) to check that the
needle does not hit the presser foot.
● Be careful not to touch the needle,
otherwise you may be injured.
● Utilice una moneda o un destornillador
para apretar firmemente el tornillo. Si el
tornillo está suelto, la aguja podría
golpear el pie prensatela y usted podría
resultar lesionado.
● Antes de comenzar a coser, asegúrese de
girar la rueda hacia usted (hacia la
izquierda) para comprobar que la aguja
