4. Position the lumbar pillow
Place the lumbar pillow at the base of the backrest.

Unpack the box
1. Attach the head pillow
Use the zipper to attach the front of the head
pillow to the front of the headrest.
2. Position the foam insert
Flip the head pillow forward. Attach the foam insert to the
back of the head pillow, using the hook and loop fasteners.
3. Secure the head pillow
Pull the head pillow over the headrest. Attach
the back of the head pillow to the back of the
headrest using the hook and loop fasteners.
