Changing Basic Copy Settings

When the device is ready, press the 【MENU】 button.

Press the 【◀】 or 【▶】 button until [Settings] appears, and then press the 【OK】 button.

Press the 【◀】 or 【▶】 button until [Copy Settings] appears, and then press the 【OK】 button.

Press the 【OK】 button to select the menu on the second line of the LCD or menu item.
A. Select the menu to open and show the first setting.
B. Select the menu item to show its default value. Each menu item has a list of values.
They consist of word, phrase, number or On/Off.

Press the 【◀】 or 【▶】 button to go to the desired value.

Press the 【OK】 button to select the value on the second line of the LCD. A new value is saved
when you press the 【OK】 button. Press the 【 】 button to go to the previous menu.
Customer settings are used until new settings are saved or settings are reset to factory settings.
