Quick Start Guide

3. Change resin

1. Turn off tap water connection.
2. Remove connection tubes.
3. Remove adapter head.

Make sure that the sealing ring does not get lost.

4. Remove plug and flat sealing and the pipe adapter.
5. Empty the bottle in a barrel or a suitable vessel.

By constant rinsing with water through a hose, you can simplify this step.

6. Insert the black plug on the adapter tube.

It is very important that no resin gets into the tube!

7. Then start with the filling. Tilt the resin into the bottle opening,

or use a small shovel. The use of a funnel simplifies filling
(Unger Part No.: PWFUN).

8. Clean the interior of the bottle and the thread of the

bottle head

9. Remove the black plug and insert the vessel plug an the flat

sealing again. Don‘t forget to include the pipe adapter to the
bottle head.

10. Maintain the black O-ring with grease and place it top of the

bottle.

11. Screw the cylinder head by hand on the bottle. Finish.

Disposal of old resin:

You can regenerate the resin with a water purifier and then use
it used again

Most resins can easily be disposed of with household waste such
as plastic. Note, however, any information supplied by the resin
manufacturer.

TIPS:

If windows have never been cleaned with pure water, the sills may need cleaning. Always allow window
sills to dry before cleaning the glass.

DI Systems eliminate spotting so when you are finished cleaning, let the surfaces air dry - no need to
wipe. (NOTE: First time cleaning with pure water may necessitate washing windows twice for maximum
results.

Never drink the water produced by the system!
The filtered water with DI100 is absolutely pure and deprives the body of important minerals, when
consumed in large quantities.
