Joining the Service Chase
with a Double Tier Horizontal Headwall
1. Remove laminate panels from chase to allow access to area where headwall will attach (see chase in-
structions). Remove fascia, top, center and bottom covers from headwall to allow access for attaching
to chase (see headwall instructions).
2. Attach chase to headwall using hardware supplied as shown:
3. Once all electrical and medical gas work is completed, replace fascia, covers and laminate panels.
