No Power Light

Is the power cord completely
plugged into the wall?
→ NO→ Plug power cord into the wall.

Is the wall outlet working properly? → NO→ Try another wall outlet.

Is the barrel connector from the
transformer completely plugged into
the centrifuge?
→ NO→ Plug the barrel connector into the centrifuge.

Centrifuge Will Not Spin/Shuts
Off Prematurely

Is the cover completely closed and
cannot be opened manually?
→ NO→ Completely close the cover.
↓

Is the bowl gasket completely
seated and sealing the bowl?
