To disable Call Waiting in Windows 2000/XP (in Classic View):
1. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel.
2. Double click the Phone and Modem Options icon.
The Edit Location dialog box appears.
3. Click your internet location from the list to select it, and then click the Edit
button.
4. Click the check box next to the To disable call waiting, dial option.
5. Click the arrow next to the To disable call waiting, dial box.
