6 = Slow display update, less susceptible to vibration.
Additional filter to take into account noise (from vibration etc.)
The value set is the minimum weight change that will not be discounted
as noise.

Disabled (Default) 1-255
Low value = More susceptible to vibration
High value = Less susceptible to vibration
The weight must be stable within this limit before being considered
steady.

+/- 0.1 divisions
1* +/- 0.25 divisions
2 +/- 0.5 divisions
3 +/- 1 divisions
4 +/- 1.5 divisions
5 +/- 2 divisions
6 +/- 3 divisions
7 +/- 5 divisions
Bleeper will sound when the weight is under range.
