LOCATE WALL STUDS & DRILL HOLES
ATTACH SLOTTED STANDARDS TO WALL STUDS
Approximate Assembly Time: 30 minutes or less
Using a stud finder, locate 2 wall studs that are 16" & 32" center to center apart. Using a pencil,
mark the top mounting hole centers. Make sure holes are level and the same distance from the
floor. Pre-drill the 2 marked holes using a 3/16" (5 mm) drill bit.
IMPORTANT: Unit MUST be installed into wall studs. Do not use wall anchors for mounting directly to
sheet rock.
Install 3 Lag Screws (C) in top holes of Wall Standards (A) using a Socket Wrench or Nut Driver.
Make sure Wall Standards are vertically plumb, and drill through lower hole into wall studs. Install
remaining 3 Lag Screws (C) in bottom holes of Wall Standards (A) using a Socket Wrench or Nut
Driver.
