1. REMOVING THE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORTS
Center punch and drill out the factory spot welds that hold the lower AC and
radiator support brackets. A 5/16” drill bit is adequate enough to remove the
welds as long as you are on-center when drilling. If not on-center with the spot
welds, you may need to increase the drill bit size to 11/32” or 3/8”. If necessary,
use the aid of a chisel and hammer to complete the removal of the brackets.
