Step 1.
Open the ISKM unit.
Step 2.
At the base of the unit, there are two support
cables located on each side. Check that
both wires are securely fastened to the metal
frame.
If the cable(s) are broken, please contact
Koala Kare Products Customer Service.
Step 3.
Ensure the strap feeds through the strap
holders on both sides. Straps should remain
in the strap holders when the ISKM is folded
and/or not in use.
Step 4.
Check buckle to ensure it opens and closes
properly. You will hear an audible click
indicating buckle is securely closed.
If the buckle is broken, please contact Koala
Customer Service to order a replacement
strap.
Step 5.
The nylon mesh secures to the frame by two
aluminum rods. The rods slide inside each
end of the mesh and fit snugly against the
retaining bar on the metal frame.
Step 7.
Place both hands inside netting at either
end. Apply downward pressure to ensure
netting is secure. Look for tears and/or seam
separation.
If rods or mesh are damaged, please call
Koala Customer Service for a replacement
mesh kit (rods are included).
