2 Introduction
The COM Express® Evaluation carrier board for Type 6 modules is designed to
allow embedded application developers to get up and running quickly on the
COM Express® basic and compact form factors, giving them a head start on the
total system design. Simply select a pin-out Type 6 COM Express CPU module,
then Plug & Go. The Kontron COM Express® Eval Type 6 is an evaluation
backplane for COM Express® Computer-on-Modules following the PICMG COM.0
specification with pin-out Type 6.
