6.3 COMe-cSP2 onboard fan connector
This section describes how to connect an optinal fan to the connector located directly on the COMe-cSP2. With certain
BIOS settings, it is possible to control fan operation depending on the Active Trip Point temperature. The fan switches
on/off depending on the adjusted Active Trip Point temperature. In order for this feature to function properly an ACPI
compliant OS is necessary.
6.3.1 Location and Pin-out of fan connector
The onboard fan connector (J5) can be found on the left side, on the bottom surface of COMe-cSP2 PCB and it is
connected onboard according to the following schematic:
